  Floors

Our floor cleaning method consists of 4 parts:

1. Vacuum or sweep the floor first to remove all traces of dust or abrasive residues before cleaning. The grit acts like sandpaper and will do more damage to the finish than years of clean walking.

2. Spray lightly a proper floor cleaner onto sections of the floor which are sticky or directly onto a terry cloth or floor mop. We may decide to use a light floor scrubbing machine if this does not suffice. We will not throw water on the floor and wet- mop the floor, as this may leave puddles of water that can leak down between the boards and cause the finish to lift and odours.

3. Wipe the floor with the mop, lengthwise with the floor strips using a back-and-forth motion. We will finish one section before starting another one. 

4. Check to make sure no residue has been left on the floor, especially in the V-grooves. Lightly re-mop with warm water if necessary.

Restrooms

• We can also help with any other area based on your needs. Just let us know and we can devise a customised plan to keep your business neat and tidy.

• Refill soap dispensers and paper towel holders and replace tissue rolls.

• Sweep and mop the floors.

• Wipe sink and counter areas with a disinfecting cleaner.

• With a disinfectant cleaner scrub the toilets with a brush. Wipe the seat, the lid, outside the circumference of the bowl, the tank and the base of the toilet with disinfectant.
